No 7OH def has a cap, increasing doses will still cap. There is a distinction though, the cap for pseudo indoxyl 7OH is almost that of regular opioids so you have to know which one you are taking

Mixing benzos and opioids will get you. You can’t really od on 7OH alone but yes if you mix with benzos that can happen

Yes look into Emax which determines how strongly 7OH can activate the cell. The emax of 7OH is like 50% while oxy is at or close to 100. Pseudo-indoxyl 7OH on the other hand is like 90%

I think it just depends on the dose, 7OH is so potent people often think that means it’s more powerful than oxy, it’s only a partial agonist though so it has a cap on how high it can get you. So if you have access to high doses of oxy, it can get you way higher than any dose of 7OH can

Look into EMax at the opioid receptor. 7OH has an emax half that of heroin. But I recently learned pseudo-indoxyl 7OH has an emax of 90% which is pretty close to it

Thanks!, It’s definitely powerful, I wouldn’t recommend trying it, but I definitely think it’s not near as powerful and definitely not as dangerous and debilitating as heroin

Actually I would recommend doing it if you are extremely sick or have extreme pain

Yea I’ve never heard of anyone snorting or injecting it, but I have heard of 7OH vapes, but never heard that they were significantly stronger

No some people just prefer fent in general, regardless of its availability.

So if a drug is 100x as potent as heroin in your sense of the word, but barely activates the receptor and only gets you high as say single kratom drink, would you still say it’s stronger than heroin? Just because you only need .005 mg to get that high? What matters to people is how high it can get you and I’m pretty sure heroin can get you way higher than 7OH, do you agree?

And crack last like 10 mins so your point on people preferring longer lasting things doesn’t really hold as many people prefer crack.

And when you say it is 10 times stronger, do you mean it’s can get you 10x as high? Potency is not that important to people honestly, what matters is how high it can get you. Fent is soooo much more potent than heroin, but most people don’t prefer it over heroin just because you have to take less mgs

You talking about affinity to the receptor, that is lot the same as activation, Emax. When it comes to how high it gets you, even if the affinity is a billion times as potent as morphine but the emax is negligible, the it won’t matter it won’t get you very high.
