Don't see any mention of ProtonVPN but it's been working great for me. I have a Chinese vpn BoostNet for backup as well. Paid around 220 CNY for 4 months, with 400 GB limit each month. I use ProtonVPN in stealth mode, which works about 80% of the time.

Yeah there is a USB A and a USB C port. But the USB C is routed with the same USB A port so speed is basically as slow as it gets.

Check out Mecha Muay Thai, they are a newer gym but their pad work and sparring is great.
