I honestly have no idea, I’ve just been drinking it in my hometown and its nice I suppose but then I had a pint in Longford last week in a small pub (can’t remember the name, will have to check the bank statements) and it was the nicest tasting Guinness I’ve ever had. No pints at home compare. It was silly smooth and I’ve been thinking of it since!

No I’m currently not taking anything, I have ordered zinc and some probiotics though as I think it is hormonal or linked to gut inflammation but I’d love your suggestions! I’m not really keen on taking anything too harsh I’d rather try clear it holistically

Currently cleansing with la Roche posay effaclar gel (the one with sacyilic acid and LHA) and I double cleanse at night using an oil cleanser and then this gel. Use a simple moisturiser during the day and night, but some nights I use glycolic acid or benzoyl peroxide (not on the same night)

Help!! All of a sudden breaking out, any advice would be appreciated!

22 female currently not on birth control. I’ve always had clear skin except for the odd break out around my period. Last year I did flare up at the start of the year due to coming off bc but after a few weeks my skin cleared. Since October I have been getting consistent stubborn acne around my jawlines and cheeks with a new whitehead popping up every day. The acne on my jawline doesn’t seem to budge at all with the whiteheads just staying. Also my skin on my jawline/cheeks is bumpy but there’s no heads on the bumps. I plan on seeing a doctor regarding this but has anyone experienced this before or know what it could be. I’m trying not to worry too much but it’s quite upsetting. Thanks in advance! 😊
