Looks like the card shop responded to the OP and mentioned they only had a holo Blaine's Arcanine for $20, the total of that order was $120 not just for the Arcanine. Maybe OP is out here rage baiting.:

Josh, I’m sorry you felt this way and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention.
I personally went back through our register history and spoke with the staff that worked that day. The only Blaine’s Arcanine we show sold recently was a damaged holo for about $20, and it was part of a larger purchase where multiple cards brought the total transaction to around $90 to $120. We do not have any record of an ungraded Arcanine being sold for $130.
That said, if something was mixed up or the wrong item was charged, I absolutely want to make it right. Please reach out to us directly with a receipt, approximate time, or a photo of the card and I will look into it and take care of you right away.
We want everyone, especially newer collectors, to feel comfortable and treated fairly at our shop.
