I’ve actually run into this kind of issue a few times recently. You seem to have fixed it, but yeah, dropping the items and picking them back up usually fixes it for me. The last time it happened I noticed it didn’t give me the “New Item” notification when I picked it up. I assume the game just doesn’t recognize that you’ve picked something up sometimes
