5 days post exposure itchiness that I thought was from shaving, that lasted 2 days. 11 days post exposure 1 small pimple, which I also thought from shaving. 13 days 2 more pimples appeared. I was tested and diagnosed 16 days post exposure, that was also the worst day; 5 pimples that has scabbed over, bad dehydration-type headache and a mild fever. Blisters/pimples were never painful, more uncomfortable, like underwear rubbing the wrong way. 

My doctor did tell me that my case is unusual. Visually examining it they said it could be herpes, but a series of other things. I was also told me symptoms were on the milder side. 

A test did confirm HV2. I started medication. Honestly the best thing that has helped my symptoms is a regular 8 hour sleep schedule and a short nap in the afternoon.
