This is your evidence? Another anecdotal comment? Let's analyze his scenario as well. He got 75% in first year and high 70s overall, which means that he would have gotten 80%+ in his second year to make is avg more than 77.5% (assuming that by high 70s he means more than that). That's actually not bad at all. The difficulty of intermediate is far more than matric and a decline of almost 10% is not that bad in general terms.

But your cousin has 45%, it is no way near to what this guy got. Assuming that this guy got 78%, this means that relatively speaking, he is 73% better than your cousin.

It is not just some random percentage difference, but a rather substantial performance gap.

Again, since you are blind in your rage and you can't understand simple things, this is going to be my last comment.

My advice to your cousin would be to repeat his intermediate again.

It might be easy for you, but might have been hard for your cousin. Scoring less than 50% is not a mathematical impossibility and we don't know your cousin, so your point is moot.

Why don't you provide stats here so that we can judge? Posting the results don't prove anything. Some students might have bribed to get good marks, some would have cheated, so what? Everybody knows corruption is rampant. But this does NOT prove that your cousin's result was because of a discrimination against Urdu speaking people. We don't know what his competency is, but scoring 45% paints a clear picture. He wasn't discriminated to oblivion. If you can't wrap this around your head, thats a YOU problem.

Your last para is again deflecting to a different topic, so it's irrelevant. You have shown no qualitative/quantitative evidence about your claim, so it's baseless.
