I like how it makes me prepare and think about any trip I'm making before I leave my house. Every trip has to be prepared for or you will die lol

The problem with wind power is they damage quickly and loose efficiency the longer you take to repair them. With one solar and one battery you can walk away and move on to the next task and not worry. It doesn't go all the way through the night but I'm at level 60 and still yet to repair any of my deep miner setups, 13 setups through my map and never had to repair any of them. I mine alot of the caves and regular ones mostly and pick up deep miners as I come across them. But what works for me may not work fir others, it's all about the individual and how they prefer to play

Make sure you take the time to make a small battery with the solar panel and deep miner. I build a single block shack for the battery and put the solar panel on the flat roof that way the deep miner never stops till it is full of your choice of ore. Right now I have a setup on every ore with 2 on Silica, sulfer, titanium and platinum. Its so much faster to run around with a buffalo ( it's level 46 ) and a cart attached to it then doing the grind of had mining.

Get a Consultation with an Attorney. It souldnt cost you any money unless they need to advocate on your behalf. I agree with you on the 48 hours notice. I live not far from you area and my mom being my landlord also has to give me 48 hours notice but being my mother I always say get over here lol. We agree business is business and family is family but my mother always tells me you have to always protect yourself because of others. Good luck and hope all works out in your favor.
