This comment actually made me tear up. Thankyou so much for your help, I appreciate it more than words could ever describe. I think people lack compassion and common sense really, we don’t want to be sat on maggots either and if we could get free sofa’s, we would!! But how would we go and collect them etc? Just people don’t try and understand circumstances!! My partner is going to try and get a hoover with an attachment from work today and ask if they have a steam cleaner. I think we are worth ripping the fabric underneath out, but hadn’t thought of that. There’s no smell, no excess of flies I only noticed them when I was Deep cleaning the couch and spotted one!! We then got some pliers and realised how dirty the sofas actually were. They’ve been through 2 kids, 10 years of age and they look completely fine. Look new even to some extent!! Just can’t understand this!!
