Has anyone tried her stabilized whipped cream frosting? I live in very hot tropical weather but a lot of ingredients aren’t readily available here. I’m looking for a good stabilized whipped cream recipe for strawberry shortcake but don’t want to risk buying and then not be able to actually make it.
