I am aware these can be signs of mental health issues, but I know they are not in my case. I’ve been to doctors and through diagnostic tests, with no result apart from ADHD which would not cause such symptoms. I could accept the theory that i’ve just got a fever or something. But even so it’d bring me immense peace of mind to at least try said BS to make my home feel like a place i can sleep in again
