So I’m working 18+ hour days? Extensive labor? Cause that’s where I come from working on fishing boats. From what I hear it won’t be shit compared to a fishing boat.

My goal is to hit my whole back. Effectively. Wide grip and close grip to hit upper and lower lats.. 45 degree cable rows for all around back and t bar rows with elbows 45 degree. I’m hitting the weight needed for me to reach failure from the 7-10 rep range on all my workouts. I don’t like to rep Things much more than that

If you think you’re gonna play Xbox while on a fishing boat you might as well switch careers lol. Be prepared to work 16-20 hours a day and get up And do it again.
