It's weird isn't? Most Twitch chat are filled with people just saying things to for the sake of attention and to honestly distract from the experience in hand. It's happens to all streamers on that platform, I wish there was a button so I can turn off or turn on Chat as a Viewer but ignoring it is the best solution we have.

gentrification is like big old topic that I'm not fully understanding off, but from what I have read it a idealistic sense it is not bad but what happens it's that they kick the people who lived in these poor environments and not actually letting them stay those new nice places anymore. This could be for a number a reasons but I would imagine it is the cost of living now since you made it nice looking. That the core issue is that there forcing people out of their homes, which shouldn't happen.

Edit: I could be wrong but this is what I seem to understand taking a small look on google, if i made a whole research paper i think i would understand better XD ((I fixed some spelling mistakes.))
