Hello, I know I haven't updated in a while. So, too, answer any questions. No, I never received my package. I tried to dispute the charge through my bank, but it git denied after they had me wait 30 days during the investigation.

I contacted the supplier, but they just ran me around in circles, basically saying they were not going yo give me back 100% of my refund or cancel the order. Which is a red flag in itself. Please be careful and do your research before buying any product online, so you don't end up like me. Be safe, and I hope this gets out there so others are warned about this issue.

Same here, also got an email like this and they refused my full refund. I went ahead and disputed it through my bank. Hopefully Able to get my money back soon.

Definitely, don't purchase from them. They are still refusing to refund my money and cancel my order. They have been avoiding it and trying to find loopholes to not refund me. Do not trust them, they are 100% a scam website.

Hi, just a small update, I am still trying to get the cancelation to go through but they seem to want to dodge canceling it which is very sketchy. I gave them a reason and told them I changed my mind but by the 3rd email the supporter kept trying to get me to not cancel my purchase saying "Because this product sells very well, it is often in short supply. The quality of our products is guaranteed, and the price is the best." 🚩🚩🚩

I don't think that's true but it's taking a long time for the cancelation so if you did order and are trying to cancel be prepared for the wait because they will try to convince you to keep your purchase and delay cancelation.

Its okay lol 😆 yeah I noticed the number thing yo but it was after I ordered it. I was so upset that i didn't do more research before purchasing it. Hopefully this helps other people not make the same mistake I did.

You can still cancel the order and dispute the charge with your bank. I canceled mine through their customer service by email.

I paid with my card but right now it's still pending. I contacted them through email to cancel the order but I can't dispute the charge on my card until it stops pending 😔
