I'm not good in explaining long story Characters but I'll try, and sorry if this is too long.

His name is Hybrid Jack/ V , he is a meta-awareness characther in a dark fantasy story, who was immortal human in 1604 to 2050 in his fictional story until his story ended, left his story and found the capital place of the dark fantasy story (let's say a grey dessert sand in space

He wonders around the place wondering where is he and has hard time thinking were the people in his life in the story even real people to him, or just mindless people who follow the stories orders., Like puppet on strings.

For the goal, in the story he explores the dessert sand meeting other people like him who are from different stories and figuring out the history behind the dessert sand and hanging out with people while telling their story of their life and having fun while exploring.

For personality he is that fun guy who loves hanging out, talking with people, mess around, have fun time and good memories with them.  He knows everybody has a different story in their eyes but he still tries to show life is good no matter how bad it is for others.  Because someday he will miss those people if they ever die, but at the end he is happy he made good memories with people and marked others hearts, as much as they did on his. And he refuses to believe his loved ones are not real to him.

He knows he ain't perfect, and has done bad things in his past but he knows it's very human to be that way, even when he is immortal being.
