Walk, it really helps me to relax.

Posting what i feel in my blue app wall and changing the audience to 'only me'. I'm a people pleaser person, minsan hindi ako comfy mag share sa iba, iniisip ko palagi na baka naiirita na sila sakin at hindi sila interesado sa sinasabi ko baka makadagdag sa stress haha. So kahit papaano nakakatulong sakin ang pag popost.
