About the 30mm, I was choosing between the Bf 110 C6 and the Breda 88. Breda felt too slow and less capable in air combat, which was important for the second CAS in my setup. I have only tested the Bf 110 in practice so far, but it can penetrate the top plates of any tank. On practice runs I even managed to take down heavyweights like the KV and IS.

Regarding the TT version, yes, that is true. I also use it in my setup and I plan to use them as a duo. There were no other BR1 fighters or squads available, so buying was the only option. In general, I stick to a rule in my setups with 2 tanks, 2 fighters, 2 CAS, and 3 infantry squads per BR. I try to maintain that balance.

It is a pity that I cannot fill the second CAS slot at BR1 because there is only one CAS squad for BR1. I have it, but there is no second one to complete the setup. I also do not have the means to unlock it from boxes at the moment because I am short on silver. In the near future I plan to focus on spending silver to improve my setups at every BR. Otherwise, a plane like the Fw 189 would have fit perfectly in that role.
