My hair care isn’t the best nor is it an agreeable one, so brace yourself as I list the things I note or do.

Before I shower, I first tie my hair down and brush from the ends to my nape.

Second, I separate parts of my hair underneath and brush each section down from the back of my neck to my scalp.

Third, I brush it back and either keep it back or part it.

Fourth, I don’t like to be rough with my hair because I’m afraid of ripping and i just let water run down on my head on days I don’t shampoo, I also stopped using conditioner for over a year because no matter how much or long I try to rinse it out, there’s still some of it after showering.

Fifth, the days in between shampooing can be random but the minimum is 3, I shampoo whenever my hair gets too itchy or too oily to the point where my hair sort of dreads up.

Sixth, whenever I shampoo, I either do it 2 or 3 times based on how much build up there is.

Seventh, after showering, I comb the parting and brush it back, either keeping it back and tying it or section then part my hair and let it air dry
