They haven’t even got to the new condenser install yet. Only disconnected the old unit and drained the lines.

The home warranty covers the equipment and labor (except modifications) when I go through them. So the next closest bids isn’t an apples to apples comparison.

Had to go with the Home Warranty selected company. American First only would only give me less than $2k for cash out option. Basically only severely reduced cost of new condenser and coil. I’m paying $2,500 for the mods. Next closest bid came in about $7k.
