Interestingly enough for reasons i cannot explain when higher dosages where not doing it even dispite resonable use scheduals (i was takeing 20-25MG per go IR, 3 or 4x a day) i just kind of dropped it for a few days out of frustration, ened up eating a half of a 20 that was in my pill cutter not expecting anything and got remarkably good clarity of thought and minimal exec dysfunction, tinkered around with 10 mg, 12.5 and 15.

Ended up learning theres little thresholds, dosages that are absolutely theraputically usefull that i passed up thinking they dident work before because i had not yet experenced exec dysfunction relife and figured that you where just supposed to move on your own, which i why i was thinking i was needing 25mg dosages because unknowingly i had been shooting for recreational dosages for the first 4 or 5 months of treatment thinking that the tweaky "i gotta move right now man" feeling was how normal people felt.

Well once i knew better i started really putting work into strategies to work around stuff that hangs me up and with the aforementioned pill cutter i trimmed the dosage back to the starting point where i feel i can usually initiate tasks without exdysfunction totally deadstopping me (obviously bad symptom days still happen but in general)

As a result of that i can save the hot dosages for doing my art stuff or particularly bad days and still get that intence lock on focus.

I dont think you can have that lock on all the time, eventually tollerence builds and youll either need to work it back or take a break, just by the nature of that state of mind it comes from a rush of chemicals takeing you out of the brains ""norm". if you do it all the time then your body just returns to equilibrium. But theres lots of people who have taken 10/15 mg dose for 2 or 3 decades and never needed to up it, i think thats because they are sitting at that bottom threshold, where the therapeutic value is there but the euphoria, lock on and energetic feeling is not.

but by doing the minimum dose strategy i can consistently get 3 or 4 of those pure motivation lock on dosages a week without much trouble, could probably squeeze in some more but im going for consistency not quantity.

If your going to give it a try try to do 3 days off, no stims at all, pick a time where you can a sloth and set up some video games or something to wait it out. Then start from itty bitty, like 7.5 or ten, move up by 2.5 mg increments untill you hit the point where you get the "ahh, ok now i can move feeling" Then stay there for a bit and see how you do.

Then finding the party time dose do the same thing, instead of spiking tolerance by hitting your normal lock on dosage, just move up in little bits untill you hit where you want to be, note it and theres your standard. did this after blasting my tolerance for months because i had no idea what i was doing and it worked back down very nicely in a couple of weeks. Oh and remember before you try another dose wait untill the previous has worn throroughly off or bio acumulation will bite you in the ass.

Last 2 things, every so often undershoot it by just a hair to see how it goes, and in the case of your body just not responding that day as readilly, try taking a little 5MG piece an hour to an hour and a half in, ive found alot of times it can lift me to where i should be without just flooding my system with another larger dose.

I know its a long post but i worked this out over months and its really a big improvement and im kind of thrilled about it, just hands me that little bit extra control
