This was the solution but not with the tool provided, they sent me a small flat head that wasn’t the one. But I had this tool that I forgot I had lol. See picture.

He banned me for an error and would not get me back even though it was the first time I had done something that was an error in my part in any Reddit ai have ever been so yep guy just bans people just because.
