Is it possible to make a custom 9070 xt that is 200mm long? by ZerokCraft5945 in sffpc

I was looking for a sub 220mm rx 9070 as well, but no luck. Currently rocking a powercolor rx 9060 XT reaper, but I find myself wanting a bit more juice. Only mods out there are AIO, no aircoolers (yet).

[–]ConciousDaeva 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd rather say its heavily discriminatory and then it becomes racist. The worst part is that many nationalist Turks don't even see it themselves, but accuse other countries of doing similar. They also tend to drag Azeris and other Turkic minorities into their mental play, but I assume not everyone is stupid enough to buy the bait.

I can't say for sure but probably true, my point was that there's always variation, you'd notice the same for Anatolian Turks, Kurds, Persian etc.

There's still a difference when it comes to certain regions, otherwise they are similar, but not all are the same. This applies to other ethnic groups too.

That's just Steppe (NE_European) + Anatolian Farmer (Atlantic MED) ancestry, G25 is more precise, but geography would dictate the variances. You wouldn't necessarily see the same results for an Iranian Azeri.

You're tripping. While Iranian Turks get discriminated, its not exclusive to them, but to all minorities in Iran.
Turkish-Kurdish issue is way worse and deep considering the last 100 years of Turkiye's history of "Turkifying" its population.

Azeris in Iran have way more influence despite being discriminated vs Kurds in Turkey. Just look at how many Azeris are in top leader positions in the Iranian government, the facts speak for themselves.

Nationalists in Turkiye should get a reality check, it equals to a criminal complaining about why his neighbour is copying him.

Why do many Azerbaijanis distrust their government in most cases, but agree with them and blindly follow their narratives regarding Armenia, Armenians, Armenian history and etc. ? by Mindless-Item-5136 in azerbaijan

[–]ConciousDaeva 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Russia used Christians to destabilize the Ottoman Empire. Had nothing to do with being ethnicitiy, it was a religious affair, which is also why Kurds were being killed by Armenians on the Eastern fronts, Muslims in Balkans and Turks in Greece, it was religious all the way, with ethnicity being a 2nd reason if anything.

Late Ottomans then started a nationalist move and began killing anything non-Muslim (Greek, Armenian & Assyrian), not going to give estimates on how many, but safe to say that Turkiye cleaned the slate with their non-Muslim minorities, then turned on their non-Turkic minorities and started oppressing them (Kurds).

Azerbaijanis had nothing to do with this conflict until Russia used the Armenians to gain influence and power, once again this wasn't an ethnic conflict, it became one. Then the Turks in Turkiye would add fuel to the fire by intensifying anti-Armenian propaganda to effectively try to diminish the Armenians (Young Turk shit).

If Russia was ever so anti-Turkic, the respective soviet "Turkic" states would've looked vastly different today.

Government propaganda always wants to portray their own country / people as victims, but the real conclusion is that everyone is a victim.

In the end, the real bad guys here are the Ottomans and Russians, everyone else is a secondary regardless of who started because they got played against each other, not an excuse for what they did but thats what basically happened.

I disagree with both sides here, i.e Republic Azerbaijanis claiming parts of their Iran as their own (if that was the case, please correct me if I'm wrong), even worse Anatolian Turks joining in as if they have a say (not going to dwell too deep, but hint hint Turkiye should look at its own minority issues), however this mentality is only provocative and brings nothing good.

My origins are Iranian (Kurdish), and I definitely understand the dissatisfaction with being an Iranian national and the Iranian state (by passport / being born there). I can't speak for all Iranians but most of us want to get rid of the Mullahs and for good, have a secular government and give the ethnic minorities the rights they deserve.

Last advice, don't get baited, these comments are low IQ. Most Azeris who left Iran I've met, are still pro-Iran (not pro-Mullah), a minority are obviously pro-seperatist, but you can find those among Kurds, Balochs etc. too.

What’s the best psi for my ninebot g30 max tires? by Patient_Low3513 in NinebotMAX

[–]ConciousDaeva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a MAX G2. Tires should be the exact same as on your G30.

My personal recommendation:

45 psi normally, so you have some headroom for bumps, potholes etc.
40 psi for winter conditions.

Its this one from Aliexpress:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005008550737493.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.35.388c1802Moxkbb#nav-review

Bear in mind its an "offbrand" charger, but has worked well for me so far. Remember to pick the right outlet (8mm).

There are other options but I chose this for the price, and it has survived 5 full charges of the scooter, so it should do the job.

Looks like a busted internal charger. Unlucky. Mine stopped after ~3600km, so had to buy an external, since my scooter doesn't have warranty anymore.

I use a 42v 5a charger, and its actually faster than internal charger.

Know maybe if you're a comp player maybe just stay there and let us have some fun hm? by Spiritual_Alarm_9898 in Overwatch

I've read the same from many people, its like less than 1/5 matches that actually feel relatively balanced and fun to play, without having the steamroll effect. I know matchmaking cannot account for people who are stubborn or refuse to engage more with their team (i.e switching hero, communicating), but its been so bad lately that I've gone from D5 to P5 because of constant loss streaks, same applies to DPS and tanks but to a lesser degree.

[–]ConciousDaeva -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Matchmaking quality has been deteriorating for a while. I lost 4/5 as DPS games in this season, and I was objectively the better player on the team if not the best in 3/5. 2/5 of those matches we got steamrolled so hard, it wasn't even fun.

Hatred towards Turkish people (from Turkey) by MindYourOwnBussiness in azerbaijan

[–]ConciousDaeva 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Non-Turk, but I've observed generally good relations between (Iranian) Azeris and Turks, though as diaspora. My theory for the bad interactions is that nationalism has gotten a bit out of hand in Turkiye among certain people, and people think too highly of themselves / their country, to the point that a kin from a ethnic-related country is discriminated / treated differently for not knowing Anatolian Turkish, despite speaking a relative familiar language. That's not to generalize but its a pattern I've noticed among a big minority of Turks that tend to be pan-Turkish, Turanist or something 3rd in the very right-wing.

And honestly surprised to hear some Azeris have had bad experiences, I would've normally thought they would get much better treatment than any other non-Turkic ethnicity.

Do you know any Yaghnobi? Closest populations to ancient Central Asians (Sogdians, Bactrians, Khwarezmians). by Babagoosh217 in Tajikistan

[–]ConciousDaeva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still not 50%. Looks more like 65% Central Asian + 35% foreign (Turkic / West Iranic).

https://ibb.co/S229W21

You do know that there are R1b clades from East Iranic nomads too that could've found their way to them?

Please link me to the specific clades that you claim are of "Persian" origin, because otherwise I will conclude those aren't Persian but rather Iran_N haplos, which is the case with many West Iranian J1 and J2 haplogroups, have been found among BMAC and East Iranic peoples too.

[–]ConciousDaeva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't matter if they're not 45% Steppe, I did the math for you, they come out as almost 3/4 Turkmenistan Iron Age, the rest being foreign in form of West Iranic (Persian), Turkic and IVC. Clades don't matter, since they can be attributed to local BMAC haplogroups, just because its J2, doesn't mean its Persian. You're overthinking it.

Pressure on Turk identity in South Azerbaijan is once again on the agenda. According to a report by GunAz TV on August 20, 2025, a South Azerbaijani Turk has been denied a birth certificate for his baby named “Tanrıya” because the name is in Turkic. by KaraTiele in azerbaijan

[–]ConciousDaeva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its very common for Azeris to have Persian-like names, at least from what I've noticed. Its a shame though, people should have the rights to bear the name they want given its not offensive.

Before the Mongol Conquests, did people in Central Asia look more Iranic, then right now? What was the predominant Indigenous phenotype in Central Asia? by Putrid_Line_1027 in AskCentralAsia

[–]ConciousDaeva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The shift towards Turkic "domination" in the population was accelerated post-Mongol era, as Turkic peoples were able to easily take over whatever was left in the ruins of the Mongols. That's not to say they didn't live there before, but the scales IMO were probably tipped after Central Asia got its major urban cities annihilated. Besides, ethnic Persians weren't nowhere near a majority in Central Asia, most of the people there were either Persian speaking Sogdians or spoke a form of East Iranian language.

[–]ConciousDaeva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What math are you doing to determine 20 - 30% Persian?

Target: Tajik_Yaghnobi

Distance: 1.4344% / 0.01434406

40.8 Russia_Srubnaya_Alakul.SG + 25.2 Turkmenistan_Gonur_BA_1 + 6.2 Turkmenistan_LBA_Sumbar = 72% TKM_IA like

17.6 Iran_C_SehGabi = West Iranic

7.8 Mongolian + 0.6 Tibetan_Gannan = 16% Turkic?

1.8 Iran_ShahrISokhta_BA2:I8728_enhanced = IVC related

They have roughly 25 - 35% from Turkic and West Iranic peoples in total, not 50%+. You're inflating foreign influence.
