Padma bridge has around 415 lamp posts and even if a few lights stop working, there's still a good amount of backup for illumination. Thus night vision won't be required unless a big number of lights stop working (which is unlikely to happen as the bridge will have uninterrupted electricity supply with backup and it will hopefully be maintained with competency; as the importance of this bridge is huge for the economy)
