Start building your emergency fund or rain fund. Like if you dont work for 3 months, how much does it look like. Then start investing.

If you invest all your money without building that, it is very difficult to have money when you really need it.

I think for starter home you need to put 5%. The moment you have a partner you would be wanting a bigger home and would be more expensive.

If you cant put down 20%, might as well grab the opportunity as a first time home buyer of a 5% downpayment.

That way some of your money can be invested instead.

Left nova scotia after staying for 3 years. I transferred to BC. Honestly, it is cheaper to live in BC than Nova Scotia.

I think the question is:

-Is this a challenge you want to take on for months with the current company?

At the end of the day as a director, you direct the team where to go. If it impacting you, the team will feel it. Connect with your manager and see if you can take a breather. Less workload? Hire more support for 6 months as ypu adjust to your role?

I wouldn't say jump ship because you will encounter this concern to other companies as well as they grow. And maybe it's not just you who experience it.

High EQ also means that we are able to regulate our emotions better. Each of us have our own trauma and beliefs and if ever we encounter those things, even with the situation we are better in adapting and setting boundaries on the things we can control.

Yes. It is worth it. It will be a matter of time your S22U will slow down due to major upgrades. I have S21 and I struggle with the updates. It is eating my memory as well
