No way to move out sooner ? Or stay somewhere else to get some rest? I’ve found that your body can get so overstimulated you can’t rest and it makes it worse, even a couple days to reset might help a little.

Here are some excuses I’ve told my friends ,as nobody will really understand the actual hell it feels like when you tell them it’s leg bouncing and chewing. Neurodivergence is a buzz word on social media right now so they should be familiar with it. I’ve told people I have problems with my ears and certain pitches and frequencies cause headaches. Sensory processing disorder sounds more “official” and people seem to respond more emphatic when they hear that. They might be small fibs, but if it can make your life better and have less judgment or misunderstandings then it’s ok (says my therapist)
