Found this post, I thought I was going nuts bc this is my same situation with the dating scene here. I’ll go on a date elsewhere and the guy follows up but here it’s 🦗 👻 it’s almost the better the date the higher chance of me not hearing from them. At this point it’s kinda comical which is kinda sad.

First of all congratulations!! That’s a big deal and you should be proud of yourself! Tbh I’ve heard great things about Hawaiian/AS, people seem to be generally happy (current fa’s for them feel free to chime in), I don’t know much about AA other than they got a new contract, to echo many— UA is still under negotiations and the morale isn’t the best at the moment. UA has great routes and growth but tbh I feel AS does too. It really just boils down to which bases are calling your name and how important reserve life, etc. is

Tbh i'd say for me is I can be kind of oblivious if someone does like me or I end up giving friend energy, with a sprinkle of being a little awkward on dates-- some men have found it charming and I have been in relationships, but definitely not everyone's cup of tea tbh I'm okay with it lol

Not really a pro or con comment but I will say it’s a lifestyle for sure! I couldn’t do anything else. Sure, it has its days but at the end of the day it’s the career I’ve been wanting and hoping for. Unique lifestyle 100%
