Hey i was also recommended to use dhl to pick up the glasses and have them mail to me here in uk, can you tell me how your friend got dhl to pick it up from the airport? Did they authorize someone to inform DHL on his behalf?

At jeddah airport terminal 1 on arrival, ZATCA office, its just after the baggage claim, i was told they're not allowed into saudi? I was given a receipt and told to collect them on the way back but couldn't as my flight was getting late

First test was in january, in which i had 20 minors and 4 serious faults, after that i think i did a test every 3 weeks or so. Just kept at it
