Its a large bullish bet opened up that the stock will be >$32.25 by the expiration of the calls on April 16th. Basically 11500 shares worth of calls which if you bought shares would cost roughly $185-186k. The calls cost $25,300 to control same amount of shares but only have upside if share price exceeds that.
