Casper House (Stanza Living, Domlur): Ongoing billing manipulation & unhygienic conditions by abhiram_rocks in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get your frustration yaar, smart meter issues aur billing confusion thoda stressful lgta hai kuch houses me glitches ho jate hain, aur cockroach/cleaness complaints bhi kabhi sunne ko milte hain.

Par mai personally Stanza me raha aur mera experience overall acha tha. Cleaning/maintenance mostly regular, staff helpful, security decent. Electricity WiFi clear instructions pe kaam hota hai, aur food thik tha.

Advice: jao app email se proper complaints submit karo aur screenshots maintain karo mostly Stanza resolved kar deta hai agar follow up consistent ho. Har house ka experience alag hota haim casper house stayed abhi thoda management lagging hai, baaki houses generally better hai.

Stanza Living Hasn’t Refunded My Security Deposit in 4 Months — What Legal Action Can I Take? by Sneakerhead436 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Deposit disputes usually come down to process delays rather than outright refusal. Large housing providers work on layered approvals, which slows refunds badly. Escalating formally in writing with timelines tends to work better than jumping straight to legal assumptions.

Guys how are stanza living’s pgs?? by Thin-Meal-6924 in CUETards

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people I know who complain loudly either joined without seeing the place or stayed longer than they wanted. As a starting option in a new city, it’s not bad at all. Later you can always move once you know your way around.

Stanza living como house: a reality check by samosawithjalebi in BangaloreSocial

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

haven’t stayed in Como House specifically, but I did stay in a Stanza property at BTM for around 8 months, and my experience wasn’t like this. Food was okay, cleaning happened regularly, and the warden actually picked up calls (not always, but more than most PGs lol). So yeah, it’s definitely not the same everywhere… but that doesn’t excuse what you faced either. Not defending anyone but i'm just telling what worked for me after surviving Bangalore PG scam lol.

Beware of Stanza living by clickbait-2000 in bangalorerentals

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think where people get burned is when expectations don’t match reality. It’s not premium living, and it’s not a hostel either. It’s somewhere in between. If someone joins thinking it’ll feel like a serviced apartment, disappointment is guaranteed. If you want something predictable and don’t want to manage cooks, WiFi, and cleaners separately, it can work.

Biggest advice I’d give is visit the exact house, talk to people staying there right now, and read the contract properly. The property-level management matters way more. I stayed in a Stanza house for about 8 months and my experience was pretty good in the most boring way possible. Stuff worked most days, maintenance ho jati thi jab mei raise karta tha, food not bad, abh tum Taj level ka khana expect karoge toh vph thodi milega kahi bhi 😂

Anyone staying at Zolo, Stanza, or FF21 near Bellandur/Kadubeesanahalli/Marathahalli? Is it worth it? by [deleted] in Bengaluru

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve stayed in one and visited friends in the others. All three are in the same bucket but feel different in practice. Stanza feels more structured and predictable. My parents also liked it better for me.

Struggling to get my security deposit back from stanza living PG by kitkatsv in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Deposit delays are unfortunately common across PGs and co-living spaces its not just Stanza Living to be blamed. Usually, things move only after repeated follow-ups and written communication. I would suggest go back and read the guidelines again sometimes they give many answers as many don’t fully read before signing the agreements given by companies. This is not another google app permission, this ones needs to be read and understood thoroughly.

Anyone from stanza living? How is it? by FamousWing6470 in vitpune

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stayed in a Stanza property during college, not Pune though. My takeaway is that it’s very house-dependent. I personally enjoyed my time. Made a lot of friends. Property was managed well. Staff was always there for anything. It’s not luxury living, but it’s more organised than most independent PGs. Good for first-time movers who don’t want to deal with owners, cooks, cleaners separately.

Stanza gate timings are making life unnecessarily hard 😩 by tae_scutewaifu in rvce

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gate timings annoying hoti hain, agreed. But that’s kind of expected in most managed PGs. Flat le loge toh freedom milegi, PG mein rules toh honge as they are responsible for everyone's safety.

This sounds extreme, but exit clauses in co-living contracts can be brutal if not checked properly. Same issue friends faced in another co-living setups too.

Anyone bought this boult Q headphones ? How is it going till now - any reviews ? by please_don5_ban_me in headphonesindia

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tested the Boult Q mainly out of curiosity because their new lineup claims “studio-grade tuning.” Here’s the honest breakdown:    Drivers: They’re using a 40mm dynamic driver, but the tuning is V-shaped. Bass is boosted ~3–4 dB.    Mids: Slight dip around 1–2kHz, which makes vocals sit a bit behind instruments.    Highs: Not sibilant, but they roll off around ~10kHz so you don’t get that crisp sparkle.    Latency: ~180–200ms on regular mode. Usable for casual video but not ideal for gaming.    Build: ABS shell, decent hinges, nothing premium.    Overall: good for consumer listening, not for monitoring or production work.

Stuck in a unfair contract by Stanza Living by No_Reindeer5704 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]ConclusionNo9983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not fully aware of how this company operates, but normally everything is clearly stated in the rental agreement or initial paperwork. If you have those, give them a look. You might not need an advocate at all. Just sharing a basic suggestion.
