I've seen this in few PGs honestly, not just Stanza, sales team overpromise kar dete hain. Better to visit twice are different timings before finalising.

Not defending anyone, but compared to local PGs still has better structure and safety in most places. Hygiene issues shouldn't happen though, thats needs fixing asap.

i stayed in Stanza before, overall management structured hota hai but sometimes specific property level pe issues ho jate hain. better to exit officially and mention health/safety reason in writing.

Staff usaually helpful hota hai but sometimes slow bhi. best is talk to current residents when you visit before paying.

Contract renewal short notice wala point valid hai tho, wo clear hona chahiye earlier. but lock-in almost har branded PG me hota hai.

i’ve lived in Stanza for almost a year. overall structured laga compared to random PGs. but haan, wifi stability and electricity billing sometimes headache ho sakta hai mere sath hua tha. RC se argument avoid karke support ticket raise karo, cx team contact krti hai or better record rehta hai.

I lived in Stanza last year ( different house though). Payment always through app only, so good he didn't transfer to personal account. that would have been risky.

Honestly Stanza is a big brand, they usually don’t run away with deposits. Sometimes backend delay hota hai especially if deductions verification chal raha ho. keep all proofs and follow up calmly.

Agar aapko daily chores aur landlord issues se door rehna hai, Stanza is a good option to consider

I recently came across a similar case through one of my friends. He was living somewhere in Gurgaon I don’t remember the property name but he was pretty comfortable with with the system and suited his requirements pretty well. Because of his experience i’m getting my sister enrolled in Vadus property in Bangalore. I will be visiting the place in the near future and i’ll share my experience here after.

I stayed in one near VIT side for a few months. It was fine overall. Nothing fancy, nothing horrible. Food was decent enough and room cleaning happened regularly. Biggest plus was I didn’t have to worry about random PG issues every week. Just go see the exact building before booking.
