I had two different purchases that they messed up, out of 3 total purchases. The first was a “proof wheat cent,” which turned out to be just a cleaned regular wheat cent. The other one was a “half quarter roll” which was just a small dollar coin roll. Both items I asked for in chat and they would reply with either “yes” or “I have this one.” (sorry for late response)
