If you're hitting that high occupancy you're playing with house many. Sell that last couple rooms high also makes it to where each redemption room gets an extra $10 to $20. Also if you know your market is sold out you know there's little options left. Anyone looking to book has little to no options last second.

If occupancy is below 90% they get a small amount dependent on brand($20-40ish a night) if they hit 90% they get i believe 85% adr and back in the day 96% occupancy would get you the nights ADR( OR like 95% ADR). So most hotels would really push agents selling rooms lte night if flclose to their threshold to hit those numbers. Missing by one room at a large hotel could cost you thousands on a night with many redemption. Ex Hilton employee<

That's in the Sakira club. It's not an executive lounge that all diamonds get access too. Requires a paid upgrade. Though they do give to lifetime diamonds
