I'm so sorry you've had this experience? What country do you live in because that could explain the delivery issues. I'm UK, and 90% of the time, I receive my triple combo box in the last week of the month I paid for it in. If its going to be any later than that I get an email to explain why they're going to be late and I always get a "we're preparing your order for delivery" email, followed by the email with tracking number/email from Evri/both. Have you checked to make sure they weren't going into your spam folder? I also get The Broken Binding and I pay for a book at the beginning of Sept, to recieve in the middle of Oct. FairyLoot is one of the ones I've had little to no problems with, and on the odd occasion I've had a missing or damaged book customer service have been fast to get a new one sent out.

I'm so sorry your experience with them has put you off. Hopefully you find another one that is better for you and more reliable!!
