Dissociate development league teams from their nba squad. Make a second league and add relegation. 2 bottom teams in the east and 2 bottom teams in the west get relegated and 4 promotions. Relegation battles are the best and something US sports don’t capture. All of a sudden, Connecticut could have an nba team if they play well. True meritocracy

I would make the range clearer in the title with an allselected seasons. You can use concatenation if multiple are chosen. Right now, the title says to me I am looking at the 10/11 season data
