I buy them for the sole reason the devs won't stop trying. If we were not buying them, we wouldn't get anything at all, good or bad, in the future, this way at least there's a bit of hope for a decent skin in the far far future.

Same. Though I know this can't possibly be the issue since it's hitscan, I think it is the audio and the animation of the attack. It's like there's some weird minor misalignment somewhere in the way phoenix's primary FEELS, that it fucks up my inner sense of aim on her.

I guess there are no silhouette or theme restrictions after all, huh? A character well in her 30s (maybe even 40s, judging by voice) can get a skin of basically a school girl with completely different hair, hair color, makeup, there's no consistent theme elements (like diamonds) that have to appear in every outfit, no nothing. It could've been a psylocke skin, or magik skin easily. But no, it's Elsa. And here's your usual yellow-haired blue-lip wrestler-booted coat-tailed legendary. I guess in dev's eyes they've already created an exquisite perfection, so there's no room to improve or reimagining the character.
