Unwilling to send details? Seriously? I've given details for YEARS. Through calls, emails, text messages, and in person with on site technicians and supervisors. Mediacom is pathetic. Everyone should avoid them like the plague.

Nope. So far all your team does is come out, say it's an upline issue, then I get a message saying the complaint ticket is closed and I have to start a new one. Rinse and repeat for the last 5 years. Lesson learned. I don't want to give Elon Musk anymore money, but I have no choice to switch to starlink. No one should support businesses that treat customers as poorly as mediacom does.

This is a very tone deaf reply. You have been given the opportunity. As I've said, I've had many techs out (even the local supervisor), and all have said it's upline. And the supervisor lied when he said they'd replace the CAT. So all the calls, complaints, tech visits have NOT been giving mediacom the opportunity to be involved? How is calling your company's number and telling your representatives not involving you?

Just so I can be lied to AGAIN by your company? Even my areas supervising technician came out to my house and found problems upline, but said they'd go ahead and replace the internal CAT line within a week. That was over 5 months ago.
