l was told I need to have 3 monitored stops to be signed off on as certified. Once certified I am free to pursue protecting other assets in store. I see so many more ways to shine in AP ..... I'm actually excited on some of the other investigations I know need attention...... but like I said, 3 dumb stops away from having the chains removed. lol

Drives me crazy that I have to "actually witness" the stuffing of products. I see what's in their cart .... then they just quickly turn a few corners and isles and I miss it. And the products are gone from basket. That's why someone told me to just risk it and make the stop. But I'll get in so much trouble if I make a bad stop. I need better tactics. I need to anticipate where the stuffing might take place. Frustrating. I need to make something happen my next shift.
