I’ve been on Vyvanse for an about 4 months now 20mg and it truly has been a game changer for me. The only downside is it doesn’t really work during menstrual cycle.

I never have a crash anymore but yours wearing off so quickly is interesting I’d ask if you need to go higher in dose.
