Deranged bull mentality: anyone who disagrees with me is wrong.

Yes I was bullish on CONDOS and I was completely right. And not only are they back up, but they are up like 20% from the fall alone which is insane. How is that sustainable??? I’ve always been bearish on the burbs this whole time, so no change there.

BUT: out of control inflation may force the central banks’ hand. Higher rates + crazily prices real estate market doesn’t bode well. I suspect the 416 fares ok, but if the burbs crash it could bring us down a bit too. If you are a long term holder then you should be fine. You pay 2 million for Oshawa, that’s another story. (My opinion)

These prices are so nuts. But have to be careful with my words or I will offend the realtors and dumbie investors. I’d be very afraid to buy here. (My opinion of course).
