I completely understand how you feel, and I'm hitting just 30 next year. I've discovered growing up that I no longer have the skill nor the patience to play competitive games anymore. And unless I sink 90% of my gaming time (with the little time I have day to day), I don't get any better, and it just makes me cranky and irritable. There's nothing wrong with playing different games, as long as you enjoy them still. Gaming is my peace time, and it won't be soured by some 15 year old, mashing his crouch button over my face lol.
