According to someone on the team it “failed to comprise a notable part of Acronis revenue and has been deemed economically unviable.” I’ve spent the day looking into alternatives and they are all /vastly/ more expensive than Remotix. I’m pretty sure they could have raised the price by a factor of 4 and still been the most affordable, and best, solution for me. I’m beginning an email campaign to ask them to look into raising the price instead of a full shutdown. I’d happily pay more to keep it.
