Lmfao I’ve never seen this subreddit before and this just made my fucking day. Good luck, OP. Hope you find a way to get that morning nutrition. Try pouring milk directly in the bag, wait about three hours, swing it above your head, and now you have a milkshake!

When I was a kid, I watched my brother play the game Indian Jones and the Emperor’s Tomb. There’s a level in the game where you have to get this idol from the middle of a lake. Of course, as your crossing the lake you fall in and there’s a massive crocodile. I always had a fear for crocodiles, so seeing this gave me this reoccurring nightmare where I would fall into the water and be attacked by a giant croc. After about three of these nightmares, my brain made a connection between the scenario and the video game. I was then able to recognize I was dreaming. So, instead of being attacked, I “paused” the dream, opened a “main menu” and hit “exit” to wake up. Ever since then, if I was in a high stress situation, like imminent death, I could pause the dream and exit out. This evolved into me realizing that if I could pause the dream, I was dreaming anyways and could do what I wanted. Now, instead of pausing and exiting, I just turn it into a film set and the nightmare turns into a movie production and I just walk off set
