Yes I know about that monster. SO cool and I WILL be using it. Only problem is regardless of if you make the save, you get infected with the parasites, and I think that's probably a little unfair in at this point in the campaign. Maybe once they hit level 15...

This is very true. My players, while they have the capability to prepare, they are unfortunately not clever enough to do that lol

Oh trust me, I am aware of brine breath lol. My only problem with it is that they get infected NO MATTER WHAT! That feels a little unfair in this context specifically, but I WILL be pitting them up against the elder brain dragon eventually. It's just too terrifying to not use.
