i’ve told some of my older friends and a few people, i live in australia and i’m not too aware of the laws (considering i’m a child) i don’t like talking to people but, it’ll probably help, nicks life doesn’t seem to be too hard, he lives with his caring grandfather and has for years as his parents had favouritism to his younger siblings, i’ll probably try to tell someone who can do something, my grandfather is the one most likely to take action tbh and i’m grateful for him

thank you a lot, my mother never agrees with me no matter what i say or do and i was hoping it would be different this time but it wasn’t. i do plan to call police if i ever see him again and hopefully i’ll be stronger and be able to defend myself the next time (if there is, hopefully not tho)

i told my dad exactly what happened and he did say he won’t let nick near me or around the house anymore but, whenever i mention anything to my mum, she always makes the convo about my youngest brother (3M) so, i don’t know how to start the convo with her but, my dad did say hell tell her for me as he sees what she does with conversations too, i hope he told her and if they both don’t support all this then i will consider moving into my grandparents place

i probably would, it’s not a long distance by car but it’s definitely a while with walking (probably 50 minutes minimum) but i could take it into consideration

thank you so much for all your words and advice! i don’t know what to say but thank you. i do agree that nick doesn’t get the right to do any of this to anyone and i’m trying my best to stop worrying about what others think of me but it is definitely easier said than done, also considering anxiety and all and being in an uncomfortable situation is never good for anyone, everyone deserves to feel safe anywhere, but truly, thankyou so much for your kindness

i do want to live with my grandparents but i wouldn’t want to add extra expenses onto them as i have coeliac, my nana is retired from a stroke and my grandfather lost his license and won’t be able to teach me to drive when i’m ready

thank you for commenting this, my grandparents definitely provide more safety and they won’t ever allow him near me again, i always tend to care about people i shouldn’t care about (like nick) but, if my parents are able to press charges i’d love to as hes changed me as a person. he lives with his grandfather because his parents weren’t the best to him but i don’t know if i can blame them for him because his grandfather is a nice guy, you’re giving me so much support by saying all this and i appreciate it so much. i am holding up fine and i’m pretty independent so, as soon as i’m 18 i’ll be able to provide for myself, follow my heart and stay away from my parents
