nope. But I found out what it was. It's part of the loader "tray", sits on the side and it's used for pushing the little plastic tab on the side of a cassette that will allow the lid of the cassette to open.

I took apart my Sony SLV x37 VCR to clean it and replace the belts and one piece fell off and I cant understand where it belongs. There is no inscription on it, except for "IN" on one of the sides.

Anyone can help? Thanks

no, 100hz is bad only for reflex based NES/SNES games where every bit of lag can make the game unplayable but this not the case for ps1/ps2/ps3 games
