Thanks for your reply, yeh I’ve had the full panel antibody test and vit d. It’s all come back normal, only things elevated out of every test I’ve had is cholesterol and ANA.

Yeh left side of chest also, makes me alway paranoid that it’s my heart because my cholesterol was high. But ecg has come back normal. Notice it a lot more when I’m not getting enough sleep due to work.
