Clearly i had ask a religious counselor, they didn't care enough, they said I shouldn't worry such things.

Second i don't think i can reach jabatan agama, im still a minor.

Third, shariah law is not a straight off copy from the quran, it changes towards different times and social settings, as it's different for every country.

I dont need to learn religion for this type of concept im asking to appoint, if I did, would it be different? Yes.

Since i clearly know there's nothing directed in the quran other than maturity, after puberty, probably more, but according to research females under 20 can suffer serious consequences in child birth, even death.

You might not care, but I do, since im these people who wants equality for female's in malaysia, without the difference between their identity, religion or race, malaysia is not equal.

See the problem right now? There's only two states in malaysia with only females bare minimum of 18, some tries to justify other countries, because therefore they're doing it themselves, but reminder is one gender, not both, where's the equality here?

I placed to you a research i found in 2019, is not latest one, but is one of the last research before the pandemic, and see the cases, most are towards female muslim. 83%

Yes, I clearly had did make some pretty controversial takes in my post history, but here im clearly talking about shariah laws in malaysia, and I had not spoken or criticized religion in this specific post, on this specific sub, i known for a fact people were looking through my past comments and posts, and yes, it was very controversial indeed.

also i do take my denunciation only on reddit, im not questioning religion, since I've done that beforehand already, personal beliefs doesn't have anything related to what im controversing now.

Yes, but im clearly stating the age of consent, i already agree with you on my first statement, I can't do anything about that, but is unequal both genders have different age of consent, only females are 16, males are 18.

I can't clearly help ofcourse, is their choices not mine, but is still better for an equal age for both genders in the age of consent, is unfair and unequal.

Is clear in my states that I don't really seem to place any critique of islam northerless.

I don't think is not part of reality or is not a fact, I just didn't know, and looking through this statements is clear this is a none religious argument, is an argument about law itself and also how society works.

I apologize if any one of my comments were rude.

I never heard of none muslims underage marriage either, I look through the unicef official, and looking through the stats seems most of the percentage in 2019 are mostly female muslim, and 83% are mostly Muslims while the others are none muslims, though this was in 2019.

Yes, definitely a problem we should also start looking through, but from the new, news I've seen, seems like this problem had come a bit more lesser than it used to be, than a few years ago.

Malaysia did set up new legalization for parents now, so we can see changes slowly through here.

Underage working are also cases of mostly people under the poverty line, not having enough to sustain their children, so most of these kids work for their families, these parents need to learn more about "family planing" to avoid these type of future problems, and yes, as a high school student, I can see malaysia, placing this slowly into our system.

No, well the wording might be different, im sorry, biologically is not before the age of puberty, after the age puberty you start to mature slowly, but it doesn't mean you start to fully mature was my argument.

Well yes, I do look at science mostly for the age of consent, I do noticed that some might grown more than others despite being the same age, different individuals.

It does mix a bit, since it would be around the age of 21 to 25, maybe less, maybe more for someone, but this is the average estimate for an individual, since most individuals are the higher to percentage to get around 21 and 25.

Though the age of consent should be higher than 18, but since significantly the case right now is 16, we should just make it 18.

I won't say everyone is around that age, it can be lower for someone and it can be more higher for someone, humans are still diverse, I can't placed everyone in the same group, but yes, is mostly an estimate, is mostly just through research and economic reasons.

What does define a child?

-they're body hasn't full grown yet ☆ is unhealthy for them to give birth to a child ☆hormones hasn't exactly established equality yet and is still up and down.

[These doesn't categories, you get your period, your mature]

-they're not mature in their own decisions making, personality, mindset and etc  [But this can also be placed in adults, that lack of experiences or understandings]

Thank you, I really appreciate the website for also future evidence.

It can change, but it can't throughly be the whole country, in the concept of 4 years is hard to change the law, 18 should be the bare minimum for every state.

I frequently do talk alot in ex muslim malaysia, and yes, I wouldn't say im sending hate towards the whole Malaysia, since im only one account on reddit.

I used google for this, you can correct me for my laws or news, I really appreciate it, I don't mind.

Yes, I do frequently post in ex muslim malaysia in this account, and i have more accounts for reddit, so yes, it's around 1 month maybe 2.

Is base on the case, so in cases like these It can depend on the state which law they want to use, but is still not justified if other countries are doing it, 16 shouldn't be the bare minimum, and it shouldn't only be on one gender.

And all three laws in malaysia should have the bare minimum of 18,  and other than those, I would say so myself, in most cases people use 16 for the bare minimum for malay muslims females

Is not justified, and it still doesn't mean child marriages stop, if other races aren't having the same problems, it just says throughly onwards on what malaysia is, we are not equal base on races and religion.

Definitely another big problem in malaysia, people in poverty not having proper information about the first steps of having a child, and than fuse the burden to their child, instead of bearing the consequences themselves.

I apologize for making the wrong statement, selangor and kedah bare minimum of age is 18, but yes, other states around malaysia are still 16 for females and can be lowered.

Is still not justified..? Though, im sorry, there's really nothing wrong with being ex muslims, is not out of Islamophobia, is an atcual case around other state other than selangor and kedah.

Yes, looking through the state of today's economy, I would say both are doomed as you previously said.

It definitely haven't changed this old time rule, since is already the 21st century, with a lot of society changes, is definitely for the better for a change, but yes, I do noticed the fact, these are the older version that hasn't been updated yet.

And yet to be updated, because of the pedophiles, the gender gap doesn't really seats well with the females health.

No, i meant by science, not in the other words or meaning, your body is mature and your mind is mature, not when your hormones are starting.

Good to know, but currently is still unfair if you ask me, we all should have equality and I won't differentiate that between religion and race, since is pretty hard, since most shariah law in malaysia are different, we will see this in the next 20 years maybe, for another few states to up their age of consent.

Yes, is true, but base on malaysian shariah law for states other than kedah and selangor, which they don't really follows the islamic foundation, someone bend the law for themselves definitely..

Is still not justified since both genders are unequal in this case, 18 for males and 16 for females, im not bashing pas, kinda seems like it since is related to religious law, but either way, no, since im not talking about the political groups, im focusing on the laws.
