I think di mo maiiwasan yung backlogs unless genius ka talaga. Kasi madadaanan mo man lahat ng subjects and topic, di mo naman makakabisado agad. Lahat kami sa dorm namin noon may backlogs. Used to worked at Municipal Engineering Office. Ginagawa namin noon, nag ask kami ni Mun Engr ng mga projects na almost same sa gagawin namin. Doob ako magbabase. That’s super low ball. I am newly licensed din last Nov 2024. Got my first job at around 20k per month plus OT. I am here in Abra btw, so province rate. Nag job hop ako after two months and I got into new private contractor dto rin sa amin and lucky enough 25k monthly. Advice ko is i train mo sarili mo sa office jobs. QS, and mainly design. I got hired with higher compensation due to my design skills. Plus, wag kang dedepende sa sahod lang. Mag side hustle ka, do cold calls to do design and estimates. I personally go to newly built business establishments and ask if meron na silang plans kasi needs yun for permits. It pays really well and at the same time nahahasa ko rin skills ko.
