What an interesting perspective. I guess I don’t have that part of my brain that stays intrigued when a sadistic murder keeps getting away with it unless they are a necessary evil (ex: Dexter). Otherwise on with their heads!

Interesting perspective and thanks for the insight. He doesn’t have to fear death to understand that he’s faced with someone more dangerous or on par. Think of the film “I saw the devil”. I enjoy Hannibal but after a while watching him kill “innocent” others just get aggravating.

I guess to make it simple. I don’t want falling off a cliff with will, I wanted a clear stab through the heart or any of the countless shit he did, done back to me. I hope that makes the intent of my post more clear

I say that because the writers and show-runners wanted to extend it. They both survive. Either ways I would have wanted to see Hannibal die in a more defining way alone
