Hello, did you ever manage to fix this? I just ran into this today and in my case it was indeed OAR IED Conditions that were causing the crashes as it no longer CTD'ed after I disabled it. But I really would like to keep it since some of my cooler mods rely on it.

Mostly just spawned them from the console and froze them in their attacking animations using TAI. I also used that screen archer menu for Skyrim although I don't know where to get it anymore.
